Dispensary Positions:
Receptionist
Receptionists will be responsible for verifying identification, checking-in patients, answering patient questions, and data entry. Our receptionists create a fun, friendly, inviting, and safe atmosphere for our patients in the lobby. As a receptionist you should be able to be highly effective while multitasking, and have extensive knowledge regarding alternative medications and cannabis to provide our patients with the best medical dispensary experience in the state!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE
- Must hold a current, valid Arizona ID
- Minimum 3 years reception experience
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Capable of working in the environment of a growing business
- Self-starter, motivated
- Effective communicator with customers, supervisors, and co-workers
- High School Diploma or GED (prefer a Bachelor’s degree)
- Flexibility and a mindset to work varying shift times
- Ability to provide a high level of patient care (you must love people)
- Displays strong skills in multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing
Patient Services Representative
Like a sommelier is to wine a Patient Services Advisor (aka Budtender) is to the cannabis industry. A successful Patient Services Advisor is as passionate about natural remedies and their patients as they are about the treatments they are using themselves. We are looking for career driven cannabis aficionados that are interested in diffusing the “stoner” stigma that has engulfed Cannabis in America over the last 80 years. A team player with attention to detail is a must!

- Must hold a current, valid Arizona ID
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working a POS (Point of Sale) System
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment (preferably high volume)
- Capable of working in the environment of a growing business
- Self-starter, motivated
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Effective communicator with customers, supervisors, and co-workers
- High School Diploma or GED (prefer a Bachelor’s degree)
- Flexibility and a mindset to work varying shift times
- Ability to provide a high level of patient care (you must love people)
Grow Positions:
Cultivation Assistant
By stepping into this role at High Mountain Health you will begin your transformation into a cannabis cultivation artist. We are looking for qualified individuals that have a background in horticulture who are interested in learning our system and implementing our techniques to cultivate the cleanest, highest quality medications in Arizona.

REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE
- Must hold current, valid Arizona ID
- Must be willing to adapt to the HMH growing Style
- No previous experience required (Biology, Botany or Horticulture background preferred)
- Must be able to lead people in a fair and respectful manner
- Must be able to multitask, work efficiently and complete advanced scheduling
- Must be able to work long days, weekends, and some holidays
- Must be comfortable getting dirty
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Trimmer
This job is a pivotal backbone position at High Mountain Health. Our trimmers are the last stop before our phenomenal flower makes its way to our phenomenal patients. Trimmers should have an eye for detail and quality, while applying speed and accuracy to their daily duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must hold current, valid Arizona ID
- Able to be stationary 2-3 hours at a time
- Detail oriented
- Good hand dexterity
- Must be timely and dependable
- High School Diploma or GED
